Description

Choosing the Cat7 STP 180° Punch-Down Shielded Keystone Jack

Cat7-rated jacks match screened Cat7 cable for high-noise environments. The shielded body gives 360° screen continuity; use it only with shielded (F/UTP, S/FTP) cable and an earthed patch panel. The 180° straight-through entry suits patch panels and deep back boxes. Punch-down termination needs an IDC tool and gives a very consistent connection.
